Nicus Software, Inc. (Nicus), an IT Financial (ITFM) and Technology Business Management (TBM) provider, has announced consecutive top rankings in G2.com Inc.’s (G2) Winter 2020 Reports. The Grid® Report for Enterprise IT Management Suites named Nicus a High Performer once again and atop the charts (#1) in the Enterprise Relationship Index.
For the second consecutive quarter, 100 percent of Nicus users rated four or five stars, 100 percent believe it is headed in the right direction, and users said they would be likely to recommend Nicus at a rate of 98 percent. In addition, users scored Nicus at 100 percent for Ease of Doing Business With (category average 89%) and 100 percent for Quality of Support (category average 88%).
With a significant jump in the Usability Index, Nicus landed in the number four spot among enterprise IT management suites for ease of use, ease of admin, and meets requirements.
Nicus continues to hold an overall score of 4.9/5 stars and is the only pure-play ITFM/TBM vendor to be named in G2’s reports.
