The Grid® Report for Enterprise IT Management Suites named Nicus a High Performer once again with an overall score of 4.9/5 stars and the only pure-play ITFM/TBM vendor to be named in G2’s reports.
For the third consecutive quarter, 100 percent of Nicus users rated four or five stars, 100 percent believe it is headed in the right direction, and users said they would be likely to recommend Nicus at a rate of 98 percent. In addition, users scored Nicus at 100 percent for Ease of Doing Business With, 100 percent for Quality of Support, and 94 percent for Ease of Administration.
